Your days will be intentionally balanced with guided experiences, meaningful conversation, quiet reflection, and time to simply be.
Throughout the retreat you'll enjoy:
Guided wellness workshops and mindfulness practice
Time for rest, journaling, and personal reflection
Nourishing, chef-prepared plant-based meals
Beautiful accommodations surrounded by Sedona's iconic red rocks
Evenings around the fire under expansive desert skies
Plenty of unstructured time to relax in the hot tub, explore nearby trails, or simply enjoy the peace and quiet
Every element of the retreat has been thoughtfully designed to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling renewed.
A Signature Sedona Experience
One of the highlights of the retreat is a private guided experience with Spirit Quest Sedona.
Together, we'll journey to one of Sedona's sacred vortex sites, where our guide will introduce the area's rich history, geology, and spiritual traditions before leading us through a deeply restorative experience in nature.
Depending on the group's intentions, your experience may include:
A guided meditation among Sedona's famous vortex energy
A cleansing sound bath
Reflection and intention-setting
Practices designed to cultivate inner peace, clarity, and connection
Whether you approach the experience from a spiritual perspective or simply as an opportunity to be fully present in nature, it offers a meaningful moment to slow down and reconnect with yourself.

Begin Your Renewal
Sometimes the most meaningful transformation doesn't come from doing more.
It comes from giving yourself permission to stop.
To breathe.
To reconnect with your heart.
To remember who you are beneath the demands of everyday life.
If you're ready to create space for yourself, we'd love to welcome you to Sedona.
